All engineering and marketing projects undertaken by iPromind are governed by distinct Statement of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreement (MSA), or formal proposal documents detailing scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.

We reserve the right to decline or suspend service provision if project requirements violate legal regulations or agreed contract parameters.

Payment obligations must be fulfilled according to the milestones or schedule outlined in your individual service agreement:

• Invoices are payable within the timeframe stipulated in the respective project agreement.
• Late payments may cause temporary project suspension until accounts are settled.
• All fees paid for completed development phases or rendered marketing sprints are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iPromind shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from site use.

Our aggregate liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to iPromind during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
